Enticing Mr. Wrong - Ch. 12.2

“I know he ain’t bringing her over here,” Delia said, looking just as angry as her cousin now. She turned to her boyfriend for explanation. “E-Blade, is that one of Bonz’s freaks?”

“I don’t think so, baby. If she is, she must be one that he just met ‘cause I ain’t never seen her before,” E-Blade replied, moving to stand beside his main squeeze. He’d been too busy with another woman that night at the club to notice Aisha or anyone else.

Did Delia know about E-Blade’s cheating ways? Yes. Did she like them? No. But they did have an understanding about the situation. E-Blade kept Delia and their two kids in nice clothes, living in a nice neighborhood, and riding in nice cars. While she reluctantly allowed him to be as hedonistic as he wanted to be…with adequate protection of course since Delia was determined to stay disease-free and be the only baby-mama E-Blade had.

“I never seen her before either,” Racker co-signed, going to stand beside his own main squeeze.

Racker and Alexis had a similar relationship arrangement, except they only had one child together. Plus, Alexis was nowhere near as jealous as Delia. Delia would fight any woman she saw E-Blade with anytime, anywhere. Ironically, that didn’t seem to stop him from cheating.

As for Cami, she now remained silent. Her hopes of snagging Bonz as her own were dashed as soon as she saw him running off to rescue the damsel in distress. Now Cami was going to have to find another high-roller to take care of her and her five-year-old son since the child’s father was currently in prison. Now there was no telling when she’d be able to move out of her cousin’s house.

Just then, Bonz and his companion walked up. “I want everybody to meet Aisha Norwood. I invited her over to rest a while after her fall. I hope you don’t mind.”

“No, we don’t mind at all,” Racker said, speaking for everyone. As a flexible person, he was always game for whatever.

“Good,” Bonz replied. Then he began to personally introduce Aisha to the children, who’d gone back to their game of Frisbee soon after he ran off to help the fallen woman.

The four little boys seemed to fall in love with Aisha instantly. When Cami’s son looked as if he was going to take a seat right beside the beautiful dimple-faced stranger, he was quickly pulled aside by his mother. Cami could take losing one male to Aisha, but not two.

Aisha took Cami’s jealousy all in strive. She was used to women treating her a certain way. That’s why most of her closest friends were men. That was also why her only real girlfriend was her sister Laquetta, who didn’t have a jealous bone in her body.

Blocking out Cami and everyone else, Aisha turned to Bonz and began the task of winning him over. “So, Greg,” she said, giving him a new nickname, “what have you been up to since the last time we saw each other?”
