Enticing Mr. Wrong - Ch. 10.2

Across town, Bonz was heavily burdened as he sat in his Jacuzzi with a cigarette in one hand and Aisha’s business card in the other. He couldn’t believe the way he acted tonight. He was usually in complete control of his emotions at all times. Yet everything about Aisha made him feel out of control. As if he needed her to anchor him somehow.

On top of all that, Bonz had done the unthinkable tonight. He’d actually called out Aisha’s name while having sex with another woman. Fortunately for him, Co-co had either been too intoxicated or too out of her head with passion to notice.

Yet Bonz had heard himself loud and clear. As soon as he realized his error, his passion instantly weaned. After quickly concluding the session, Bonz wasted no time taking Co-co home. He barely even kissed her goodnight at her front door.

Now Bonz was doing his best to relax before going to sleep. Thus the Jacuzzi, thus the cigarette. Neither was doing the trick. He still wanted Aisha. Still felt that he needed her.

What can I do to get this woman out of my system? Bonz mused as he fingered the raised gold calligraphy on Aisha’s card. I know. I need to find this chick and hit that quick, he thought, succumbing to one of E-Blade’s many sexist phrases in his frustration.

In the past, once Bonz slept with a woman, he quickly lost interest in her. He didn’t fully understand why this was so, but it seemed to have something to do with seeing the woman as a defeated foe after conquering her in the bedroom. Subsequently, Bonz seldom ever went back for seconds with any woman.

I wonder if one time with Aisha is going to be enough though, he thought, hungry enough for seconds and thirds.

Either way, Bonz resolved to make Aisha his for at least one night. And just like everything else he put his mind to; she would be his…soon.

Kim: I try. Check the blog again when you get home, okay? There should be more.

Okay, who haven't I heard from today among my regulars? Subrina and Marlene, what's up?

Anon 1 & 2, I'm not sure who you are, but I'd like to hear from you, too, as well as any of the lurkers.

Holla at a sista, y'all. Let me know if the story is pulling on you in any way. Anything I need to tweak yet?

Looking forward to your comments. :D

I know I mentioned it before, but this is such an emotional story. Bonz is dealing with emotions that he's never dealt with before. Aisha has her own truck-full of emotions about the death of her brother, her anger at God and her determination to see Bonz fall. It's gonna be an interesting ride.

Marlene: It is emotional, isn't it? I thought it was just me on account of how close this story hits to home. But if you're feeling it too, then it must not just be me. Glad to know that.

As for the interesting ride part, wait 'til you read the NEXT post. Aisha ain't gonna know if she's coming or going.
